Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within five to seven working days. All orders are to be signed for on delivery at the nominated delivery address.

If for any reason we become aware of a delay in your order reaching you, we will do our very best to reach you by email or telephone to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Overseas Delivery

Please allow up to three weeks for overseas delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges, insurances, import duties and taxes, depending on the destination country.

Returns and exchanges

We use every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, but if for any reason it does not meet your expectations, we offer a full refund or exchange of items returned to us within seven working days of delivery of your original purchase.

Please return the item in perfect unused condition with all original packaging (including the dustbag or presentation box in the case of leather goods) and the original delivery slip within seven working days after the date the item was delivered to you. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or other public holidays.) We will be happy to either exchange the product or issue a full refund (excluding postage and packing costs if applicable). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach us. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.

Damaged Goods

We always carefully check each order prior to sending, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. We would therefore ask you to inspect your order as soon as possible on arrival and, in the case of any damage, let us know as soon as possible and at the latest within four working days by email on info@bagsandbeads.co.uk or by phone on 07976 836735.

Please return the defective product in accordance with the requirements outlined in “Returns and Exchanges” above and we will provide you with a full refund or exchange as preferred.
